September 1 - Forest to the Sea, Myrtle Beach State Park. Experience the natural wonders of Myrtle Beach State Park! The maritime forest opens into the beautiful grassland where we search for butterflies. Then explore the beach for treasures. Quarter mile leisurely stroll. Meet at Nature Center. 9:30-10:30 AM. September 2-3 - Beach, Boogie & BBQ Festival, Grand Park at Market Common. Friday 6:30-10PM, Saturday 10AM-10PM. September 10 - The Carolina Home Exteriors’ Habitat for Humanity Benefit Golf Tournament, Myrtle Beach National Southcreek course. Shotgun start at 9AM. Captain’s Choice format. Prizes for top 3 teams and over 40 prizes to be given away! Price includes golf, cart, breakfast, lunch, beverages, and $20 Martin’s gift card. All proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity.
