Start with water, a natural appetite suppressor. Drink 8 glasses daily. Then, substitute soup for one of your meals, preferably homemade soup. Graze in small meals, mostly early in the day when your body is revved up to burn calories. Add activity to your day, anything at all. Walk. Just add something. Then, balance what you eat.
