Daylight Savings Time Again

It's that time of year again when we move the clock forward ("spring" forward) to adjust to Daylight Savings Time. Though we will lose an hour of sleep for that one day, we gain daylight at the end of each day, enough to enjoy the great weather at the beach. Then, in November (first Sunday) we roll the clock back again.
