Fishing Tournament at Prince

Though the Fall Pier King Mackerel Tournament on all the Grand Strand piers has ended, the Fishing Rodeo continues until the end of October. The Cherry Grove Pier took first, second, and third place in the mackerel tournament with 35 participants on this pier alone tossing out lines to compete for a grand prize of $2,200. The weather stayed beautiful — sunny, mild but warm, and sparkling.
