Hotel Policies

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. If you have completed mobile check-in you will receive a notification as soon as the unit is ready.

If you arrive early and the unit is not ready, you may enjoy our amenities until your room becomes available.

Check-out time is at 11:00AM. 

In order to ensure that guests will have well-cleaned and sanitized condominium units, we require time between the last departure and the next arrival to perform cleaning services. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and contactless payments made with Apple Pay or Google Pay. If paying cash, a $100 refundable cash deposit or credit card authorization is required at check-in. 

Pets are not permitted. Please visit www.coastalpawspetresort.com for information on boarding.

Service animals are always welcome. If you are traveling with a service animal, please review our Service Animal Policies and complete and return our Service Animal Questionnaire prior to checking in at the resort. 

Guests staying must be 23 years or older unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. 

We do! Local residents of Horry County SC, Georgetown County SC, Columbus County NC, and Brunswick NC are welcome. A $250 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in. All Deluxe unit types including 2ADX, 2FX and 2FKDX are not eligible for local rentals.

We would need a credit card authorization form to be filled out and returned with a copy of the front and back of their driver's license. Click here to download our Credit Card Authorization Form.

Our cancellation policy varies by rate type and travel season. Please reference your confirmation email for the applicable policy. 

Prince Resort strictly prohibits loud, profane, and/or offensive noises upon the Resort's premises. This policy is intended to be more restrictive than the existing municipal Noise Ordinances already enforced by law enforcement. The Resort desires to keep and maintain a peaceful, enjoyable environment for all guests of the Resort.

The Resort strictly prohibits guests from playing music, videos, and other forms of meida which are offensive to other guests, whether due to loud volume, excessive bass, or explicit conent (profane language, sexual content, and the like). Any and all noise originating from a guest's room, including the room's balcony, must not be audible from outside the room or balcony. Any and all noise originating from a guest's vehicle must not be audible from outside the vehicle. No music, videos, and other forms of media may be played by a guest within the Resort's common areas unless the guest is using headphones or earbuds.

Violation of this policy will result in corrective action, up to and including removal from the resort's premises. By booking a room at the Resort, the guest acknowledges this policy and agrees to be bound by its terms.

No, subletting of rooms is prohibited at Prince Resort.

Resort Information

Complimentary WiFi is available in your room and throughout the resort. 

Oceanfront means that your view of the ocean looks directly onto the water. You will see the ocean directly in front of you. Ocean view means that your view out to the ocean looks north or south up the coastline, or toward the ocean from across the street if your unit is located in Tower 2.

Tower 1 is located on the oceanfront side of ocean boulevard and houses our on-site restaurant, 3500 Ocean Grill, along with our oceanfront pool complex. Tower 2 is located directly across the street from the ocean. Our parking garage is located at Tower 2 along with our rooftop pool deck and fitness center. Guests of both towers have access to all of Prince Resort's amenities. 

Your condo's fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a regular drip coffee maker. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, cooking utensils, eating utensils, drinking cups, plates, coffee cups, and saucers are provided. Paper products are not provided.

Each guest receives a supply of clean linens and towels in the unit. The housekeeping policy is to replace used linens and towels with fresh ones if a guest stays four days or more. Linens and towels include bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath rugs, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads, and shower curtains. A dish towel is provided in the kitchen. 

Yes! All units at Prince Resort have a washer and dryer.

There is no need to bring an ironing board and iron with you to the beach. The unit is either equipped with ironing equipment or you may request the equipment when you make your reservation, check-in, or during your stay.

The resort provides pool towels at the pool. Pool towels are not to be taken to the beach, and we do not provide beach towels.

The resort does not provide beach umbrellas or chairs, however they are available to rent during the summer season from Beach Services. For information and pricing, please click here.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any balcony or pool area or non-smoking unit. A per incident cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will be charged.

In mid-fall, the tower 1 outdoor pool is heated. The heat is turned off when the warm weather returns. All hot tubs are heated year-round.

No cooking, grilling, or barbecuing is allowed on the balconies at any time. Anyone found violating this safety ruling may be fined by the City of North Myrtle Beach as well as the resort.

Launching, landing, or operating unmanned or remote control drones on resort property is prohibited. 

You may request a condominium with a safe, subject to availablity. Otherwise, for securing valuables please ask a front desk agent for assistance. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items while staying at the resort or parking garage. Please make sure that upon vacating your unit you have thoroughly checked for any misplaced items.

Please contact the front desk who will take down your information. We will be happy to send things you have left behind; the shipping will be at your cost.

Absolutely, children are encouraged. During the summer months we offer a wide variety of activities and adventures around the pool areas and property. We also offer many discounts to the area's attractions that are specifically interesting to children of all ages. Our suites are well suited to children because of their architectural designs, allowing children a wonderful and safe view from the windows, plently of space to roam in the units, and interesting places to play around the property and on the beach.

Coast RTA's Entertainment Express has a pickup spot 0.6 miles south of Prince Resort! The Entertainment Express is a convenient and fun transportation option for families looking to explore the many attractions the area has to offer. 

The shuttle runs  each summer through Labor Day, every 30-35 minutes from 11AM until 11PM daily and is only $1.00 each way.

Parking Information

Each 1 bedroom unit will receive 1 parking pass at check-in and each 2 and 3 bedroom unit will receive 2 parking passes at check-in. Additional parking passes are not available. There are no parking pass restrictions for guests staying between October 15, 2020 and March 11, 2021.

For your convenience, registration parking is available for check-in on the ground level of Tower 1. 

The garage clearance height is 8'2" at the ground level and 7'2" at the higher levels. 

Golf carts are not permitted in the parking garage.  

Motorcycles are allowed on designated levels of our parking garage, located across the street from the hotel. No motorcyles are permitted under the resort. Trailer parking is available at the ocean front parking lot located next to Towers at North Myrtle Beach. Trailers are not permitted on property at Prince Resort. Read our full Bike Week Policies.    

Area Information

Prince Resort is located in the City of North Myrtle Beach (Note: this is not the city of Myrtle Beach). Its position on Ocean Boulevard in the Cherry Grove community is centrally located to many points of interest, including Main Street.

Yes! The City of North Myrtle Beach has instituted a single-use plastic bag ban in an effort to keep our area beautiful and eliminate plastics on our beaches, in the ocean and waterways. We recommend bringing reusable bags or totes to use for shopping. Some retailers may have paper bags, boxes, or other alternatives available however this is not guaranteed so plan accordingly and pack your resusable bags when you come on vacation!

Prince Resort is approximately 23 miles north of the Myrtle Beach International Airport. 

Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) has eight airline partners to meet your travel needs: Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Porter Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, and United Airlines.

The Cherry Grove Pier is located directly in front of Prince Resort. 

Hurricanes are seldom a problem here, but being prepared is the best policy. Prince Resort has a preparedness plan for hurricane season, officially from June 1 to November 30. Any hurricane is a major event and not to be ignored. Both local residents and guests should pay attention to the weather reports and to authorities' directives. Prince Resort tracks hurricanes closely and provides its guests with as much warning as possible. The likelihood of a hurricane here in North Myrtle Beach is minimal, but Prince Resort remains vigilant and ready to implement our plans if need be.
