Hosted by Klig’s Kites, the seventh annual Klig’s Kite Festival is Saturday and Sunday, October 19-20, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The kite-flying event takes place at Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place, 812 North Ocean Boulevard.
