From sunny beach days to lively family vacations, the season was filled with unforgettable memories shared along the Cherry Grove shoreline. As we move into fall, the good times continue with cooler breezes, peaceful mornings, and a fresh sense of excitement around the resort. In this edition of our newsletter, we’re highlighting the impressive upgrades taking place across both Tower 1 and Tower 2, sharing the story of an inspiring group that recently stayed with us, and giving a sneak peek at our Thanksgiving Buffet you won’t want to miss!

Exciting Upgrades Across Prince Resort

At Prince Resort, we’re always finding new ways to enhance your stay and keep our property looking its very best. This fall, we’re excited to share that a variety of improvements are underway across both Tower 1 and Tower 2, all designed to make your experience more comfortable, bright, and enjoyable.

Our team has already begun the unit maintenance and general cleaning projects, along with deep carpet cleaning throughout the resort. Over the next few weeks, guests will notice a fresh new look as we begin painting all hallways and guest room doors in both towers and installing brighter lighting to create a more welcoming ambiance.

On the Tower 2 pool deck, the light poles are being refreshed with a new coat of paint, adding to the bright, coastal atmosphere. We’re also upgrading our pool furniture with new chairs and expanding our selection of luggage carts to make arrivals and departures smoother for our guests.

We’re thrilled to continue these improvements as part of our ongoing commitment to keeping Prince Resort beautiful, comfortable, and ready for your next beach getaway!

Inspiring Strength: Welcoming the Cycle to the Sea 

This fall, Prince Resort had the honor of hosting a truly inspiring group — the incredible athletes of Cycle to the Sea. Each year, these determined cyclists embark on a 180-mile journey from Monroe, North Carolina, to North Myrtle Beach, finishing their ride right here at our resort. Their mission goes far beyond the miles traveled; it’s about perseverance, teamwork, and proving that there are no limits to what can be achieved.

Cycle to the Sea is part of the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program (ASAP), dedicated to empowering individuals with physical disabilities to live active, independent lives without boundaries. Watching these athletes cross the finish line at Prince Resort was nothing short of moving. Their energy, positivity, and determination inspired everyone who had the privilege of meeting them!

We’re proud to play a small part in their amazing journey and look forward to welcoming them back year after year. Their courage reminds us all that the human spirit truly knows no limits.
