The Prince Resort 250th Birthday USA Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Prince Resort, located at 3500 N Ocean Blvd, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is separate and independent from giveaways conducted by other participating resort properties.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-three (23) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, managers, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other entities associated with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

Automatic Entry Through Qualified Stay

Guests who book directly through Prince Resort and complete a stay with arrival and departure dates occurring between June 9, 2026 and September 6, 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Existing eligible reservations booked prior to the Promotion Period are included. Reservations booked through third-party travel websites or online travel agencies are not eligible. Cancelled reservations, shortened stays, no-shows, or reservations not fully completed during the eligible travel period are excluded.

Limit one (1) automatic entry per qualifying reservation.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Eligible participants may alternatively enter the Promotion without booking a stay by completing the official online entry form available at: https://zmaildirect.com/app/new/MTcwNDc0ODAzOTI

Limit one (1) alternative entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries submitted using fraudulent methods are void.

Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $250 Prince Resort gift card.

Gift cards:

• Expire one (1) year from date of issue

• Are non-transferable

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Are redeemable only at Prince Resort

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Verification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 7, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information associated with the reservation or entry form within approximately two (2) business days following the drawing date.

Potential winners must respond within three (3 ) days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, eligibility, and authorized account ownership.

Sponsor may require winners to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and/or publicity release where permitted by law prior to prize fulfillment.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its agents to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, city/state of residence, and statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Release of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of any kind.

Governing Law and Venue

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Use of Entrant Information

As permitted by law and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy, information collected from entrants may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Promotion and for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including sending promotional emails and communications regarding Sponsor’s products, offers, and services.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.

Unforeseen Events / Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs or affects the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Terms & Conditions.
