With the Fourth of July holiday weekend fast approaching you’re going to want to stay on top of what’s taking place around North Myrtle Beach during that time. It’s a prime summer weekend when people visit the beach so make your plans now to stay at Prince Resort where you’ll have the best seat in town to watch the fireworks. You can conveniently book any of our North Myrtle Beach condos without ever leaving your living room.
Our annual 4th of July events at Prince Resort include plenty of fun! There will be live music at the pool and plenty of children’s activities. Taste the flavor of America with a patriotic dinner the includes St. Louis style BBQ ribs, low country chicken bog with smoked sausage, southern potato salad, super sweet corn, collard greens, baked beans, okra, dinner rolls, banana pudding and iced tea at our very own oceanfront “3500 Ocean Grill”.
The annual Fourth of July Fireworks display at the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier in North Myrtle Beach will be held at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The pier is located at 3500 N. Ocean Blvd. in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It spans a quarter mile off of the coastal shore and is adjacent to our resort. This makes for a beautiful display and, along with the other activities, this event is certainly a memorable evening for the entire family. This event is free and open to the public. Bring a beach chair or blanket and enjoy fireworks at the beach or enjoy them from the comfort of your balcony.
There will be a Salute from the Shore Military Flyover on Wednesday, July 4 at 1 p.m. This is a unique opportunity for individuals, friends, and families to salute our armed forces while celebrating Independence Day along the beaches of South Carolina. Spectators are encouraged to wear and wave the red, white and blue along the beaches during the flyover. The military flyover on the 4th of July will stretch the entire length of South Carolina’s coast. Footage of the flyover, from the air and from the ground, will be captured. The flyover, which is organized by the non-profit organization, Salute from the Shore, and the Town of Pawleys Island, is a tribute to our Armed Forces deployed around the world so come out and show your support!
